What you're buying
Neverwall generates personalised race-day fueling plans for endurance athletes. You pay once for a digital plan delivered to your email. The Race Plan ($19) is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. The Season Pass ($49) is a one-time purchase that gives you access to up to 10 race plans for 12 months from the date of purchase, with no automatic renewal. There is no physical product.
The plan is a recommendation based on the inputs you provide and established sports-science literature. It is not medical advice. Consult a sports dietitian or physician if you have underlying health conditions, allergies, or any condition that affects nutrition and hydration.
Race Plan — entitlement
A Race Plan purchase entitles you to up to three (3) plan regenerations within 30 days of purchase for the same race goal. After 30 days the regeneration entitlement expires; the download link for your plan remains active while Neverwall is operational.
Season Pass — entitlement
A Season Pass purchase entitles you to up to ten (10) race plans for any supported distance (Ironman, 70.3, marathon, half-marathon, ultra, custom), plus up to three (3) adjustments per plan, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The Season Pass does not auto-renew. No further charge will be made unless you make a new purchase. Season Pass is for personal use only — see Acceptable Use below.
Accuracy of inputs
The quality of your plan depends directly on the accuracy of the information you enter. Incorrect inputs (weight, target times, GI tolerance) will produce a plan that does not reflect your actual needs. You are responsible for entering accurate data.
Acceptable use
Plans are for your personal race preparation only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce plan outputs as your own coaching product without our written permission. Using a Season Pass or Race Plan to generate plans on behalf of third parties for compensation — including coaching clients, white-label services, or any commercial arrangement — is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Limitation of liability
Neverwall is a decision-support tool. We are not liable for race outcomes, medical events, physical injury, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the plan, including but not limited to lost race entry fees, travel costs, or lost profits. Use good judgement on race day: conditions, physiology, and circumstances change.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims relating to your purchase or use of Neverwall is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Dispute resolution
If you have a concern, email us at hello@neverwall.cofirst. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any statutory right to bring a claim before a competent court.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, except where you have expressly consented to the digital content being delivered before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of your plan, you consent to early delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is extinguished upon delivery. Our voluntary money-back guarantee (see Refunds below) is offered in addition to, not instead of, any statutory rights.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.
